Valice Plumbing Company did a great job replacing my water heater. Two technicians arrived and swapped out the unit efficiently, with excellent professionalism and cleanliness throughout the process. Highly recommend Valice Plumbing and Mr. Navarro. About two weeks ago, our 20+-year-old water heater suddenly failed. I contacted Mr. Navarro around 3 PM, and he came out the same evening to assess the issue and provide an estimate. The very next morning, he arrived early and started the work right away. The price he quoted was very reasonable, and he took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and the entire process. As promised, everything was done cleanly and professionally. He thoroughly cleaned up the water that had leaked from the old heater and neatly organized all pipes and fittings after installation. Mr. Navarro is polite, professional, and very friendly. He answered all of my questions clearly and patiently, which made the whole process stress-free. In fact, about five years ago, he had installed a sink in our laundry room, and we were extremely satisfied back then as well. That positive experience is exactly why we contacted him again as soon as the water heater failed. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the follow-up service was just as solid. He also handled the permit and inspection responsibly all the way to the end. There was an unexpected delay in completing the inspection, which required rescheduling, but Mr. Navarro stayed on top of the process and ensured everything was properly completed. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of work, professionalism, and reliability. I would not hesitate to recommend Valice Plumbing and Mr. Navarro to anyone looking for an honest and dependable plumber.

I must say a BIG THANK YOU TO VALENTIN & SON. My daughter had a gas leak at her home and PG&E shut her gas off. After experiencing some scheduling issues with the landlord. Valentin already came by and no one was home to let him in. So when I called him to see if he can circle back to my daughter's home. He said he'll try his best to stop by again later that day. WELL HE KEPT HIS PROMISE & CAME BACK TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE WHERE HE FOUND 4 GAS LEAKS TOTAL. His son repaired the gas leak inside at the wall heater quickly and efficiently. Valentin explained everything to me as it was being repaired, which was going to be a 2 day repair. They came back the next day and fixed the remaining 3 leaks outside of my daughter's home. They both were very knowledgeable and very professional at their job. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD! Definitely recommend this company to my friends and family members. My daughter said he even stayed there until PG&E came back out to turn the gas back on to confirm NO MORE GAS LEAKS. My daughter was soooo pleased with their service & now thanks to Valice Plumbing my daughter can now take a nice hot shower and cook a nice hot meal for her and my grandkids. I had an excellent experience with Valice Plumbing installing my new water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly hard working. The price was very fair, especially for the quality of work they provided. I called on a Thursday evening, and they were available to help as soon as the very next day.
